Don't see it yet? Please check your Spam or Promotions folder, as eager email filters sometimes catch it. If it hasn't arrived after 10 minutes, please contact us and we will resend it manually!

Don't panic! It's almost always one of two things:

1. The "Spam Folder" Hiding Spot: First, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder. The email from BookFunnel is likely hiding there.

2. The Magic Backup (Fastest Fix): You don't actually need the email link! Go to my.bookfunnel.com and log in with the email address you used at checkout. Your audiobook is already waiting in your library there.

Still nothing? If you can't log in to BookFunnel, you might have made a typo in your email address at checkout (it happens!). Just contact us with your full name, and we will find your order and fix it for you.
